If you are a veteran who currently gets care from the VA,
we can treat you at our office at no additional cost.
How To get care from Dr. Diez
- The first step is to speak with your primary care provider (doctor or nurse) at the VA. They will assess your condition.
- Ask for an Acupuncture Consultation. You will need to ask for our clinic by name.
- If you were assigned to a different clinic in the past and would like treatment from Dr. Diez, you can call the number on your letter authorizing the referral and tell them that you want to be seen at our clinic.
- Once you have been determined eligible for the Veterans Choice Program, the VA issues an authorization and contacts our office to schedule the appointment.
